Voucher terms and conditions

1. Scope

These voucher terms apply to paid value vouchers from DokuPit GmbH, Schulstrasse 14a, 3300 Amstetten, Austria, redeemable in the online shop at https://www.schafhocker.com.

2. Purchase and Delivery

Gift vouchers can be purchased in the online shop in the offered denominations. Desired amounts can be requested without obligation and acquired following a separate agreement. After receipt of full payment, an individual voucher code will be electronically transmitted to the email address provided during purchase. No physical shipping takes place.

3. Redemption

The voucher can be used for orders in the online shop at https://www.schafhocker.com. The voucher value is applied in the checkout by entering the voucher code. The voucher can also be used to pay for incurred shipping costs.

4. Remaining Balance

If the voucher is not redeemed in full, the remaining balance is retained under the same voucher code for future orders. A payout of voucher credit in cash does not occur, unless mandatory legal claims stipulate otherwise.

5. Validity and Fees

The voucher is valid from the date of issuance with no expiration date. No expiration, activity, administrative, or other voucher fees are charged.

6. Transferability and Handling of Codes

Vouchers are transferable. The voucher code must be kept like cash. In the event of loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, or misuse, there is no claim for replacement if the voucher has already been redeemed and DokuPit GmbH is not responsible for the misuse.

7. Restrictions

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. Commercial resale is not permitted without prior consent from DokuPit GmbH.

8. Withdrawal for Voucher Purchase

Consumers generally have the legal right of withdrawal for vouchers purchased online. The mere digital delivery of a voucher code does not exclude this right. The restrictions mentioned in the shop for individually manufactured goods do not apply flatly to the purchase of a value voucher. 9. Legal Rights

Mandatory legal rights of consumers, in particular rights from mandatory consumer protection regulations of their habitual residence state, remain unaffected.

11. Currencies

Gift vouchers are issued in Euro. For a purchase or redemption in another currency, the conversion is performed according to the exchange rate applicable at the time by Shopify. Exchange rate-related changes in the equivalent value in another currency are possible.
