Since each piece "Custom-made" is applies here the Right of withdrawal "NOT"

However, you always have the option to contact us within 14 days, stating your reasons. to speak or write in order to possibly find a goodwill solution.

In the case of a goodwill solution, they bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
