Withdrawal & legal guarantee
As each piece is an individual custom-made item, the right of withdrawal is only available to a limited extent.

Withdrawal Period
Consumers habitually resident in the European Union are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we expressly offer you a free return label or free collection. As some of our products, due to their nature, size or weight, cannot always be returned by standard postal services, the return shipping costs depend on the country of collection or delivery. To provide better cost predictability, we cap the amount you are required to bear as follows:
- Austria: at most 20 Euro
- European Union: at most 50 Euro
- Switzerland and United Kingdom: at most 75 Euro
- Rest of Europe: at most 75 Euro
- North America: at most 260 Euro
- Rest of the World: at most 300 Euro
If the actual return shipping costs exceed this cap, we will bear the amount in excess. Please contact us before returning goods at office@schafhocker.com so that we can agree on a suitable and transport-safe return method with you. Please do not send goods back carriage unpaid.
Statutory Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to all our products – in the EU as well as in Norway and Liechtenstein for at least 2 years from delivery. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
