Mouflon
Mouflon: the wild sheep among our stools
The mouflon is Europe's wild sheep, recognisable by its large, curved horns. Our mouflon stool captures exactly that: a solid wooden body, a hand-carved head with powerful horns made of lime wood, and a cover of genuine sheepskin.
What makes the mouflon stool special
- The horns: large, curved and hand-carved. No two mouflons are alike.
- Genuine sheepskin: warm, soft and breathable, as German sheepskin, Icelandic sheepskin or Tibet-Locki.
- Weight capacity: up to 120 kilograms, around 47 to 49 centimetres seat height. A proper seat for adults.
- One of a kind: with stools that are ready to ship, you receive exactly the stool you see in the photos.
Where the mouflon fits in
With its horns, the mouflon looks more robust than the sheep. It suits living rooms, hallways, mountain cabins and hotel lobbies, as a seat, footstool or eye-catcher. Paired with a sheep stool or an ibex, it makes a small herd.
Care
Shake out the fleece and brush it up with the fleece brush, dab stains straight away with a damp cloth, avoid direct sunlight. The wood only needs a dry cloth. A fleece brush and floor protectors are included.
