Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These gift card terms apply to purchased gift cards from DokuPit GmbH, Schulstrasse 14a, 3300 Amstetten, Austria, redeemable in the online shop at https://www.schafhocker.com.

2. Purchase and Delivery

Gift cards can be purchased in the online shop in the offered denominations. Desired amounts can be requested on a non-binding basis and purchased after separate agreement. After full receipt of payment, an individual gift card code will be transmitted electronically to the email address provided during purchase. No physical shipping takes place.

3. Redemption

The gift card can be used for orders in the online shop at https://www.schafhocker.com. The gift card value will be applied at checkout by entering the gift card code. The gift card can also be used to pay for shipping costs.

4. Remaining Balance

If the gift card is not fully redeemed, the remaining balance will be retained under the same gift card code for future orders. A payout of gift card balance in cash is not possible, unless mandatory legal claims stipulate otherwise.

5. Validity and Fees

The gift card is valid from the date of issue with no expiration date. No expiration, activity, administrative, or other gift card fees are charged.

6. Transferability and Handling of Codes

Gift cards are transferable. The gift card code should be kept like cash. In the event of loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, or misuse, there is no claim for replacement if the gift card has already been redeemed and DokuPit GmbH is not responsible for the misuse.

7. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of additional gift cards. Commercial resale is not permitted without the prior consent of DokuPit GmbH.

8. Withdrawal for Gift Card Purchase

Consumers generally have a legal right of withdrawal for gift cards purchased online. The mere digital delivery of a gift card code does not exclude this right. The restrictions mentioned in the shop for custom-made goods do not apply generally to the purchase of a gift card. 9. Legal Rights

Mandatory legal rights of consumers, in particular rights from mandatory consumer protection regulations of their habitual residence state, remain unaffected.

11. Currencies

Gift cards are issued in Euro. For purchases or redemptions in a different currency, conversion is based on the exchange rate applicable at the time by Shopify. Exchange rate-related changes in the equivalent value in another currency are possible.
