Delivery times

Each of our sheep stools is handcrafted with great attention to detail.

  • Custom orders: Production and delivery time is generally 10–15 working days from receipt of order.
  • In-stock sheep stools: Models already in stock are generally delivered within 1–3 working days.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next working day. During periods of high order volume, minor delays may occasionally occur.

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including tracking via email.

Shipping costs

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Shipping partners

To ensure your sheep stool arrives safely and reliably, we work with selected shipping service providers. Depending on the delivery address, shipping is handled by partners including Österreichische Post or DHL.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your personal tracking number. This allows you to conveniently track the current status of your shipment at any time.

Customs, taxes, and import duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These fees are charged by the relevant authorities in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

Please inform yourself about the potential import regulations of your country before placing your order. Shipping is free of charge for you; any customs duties, taxes, or other import levies are excluded from this.

Delivery delays

In rare cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control. These include, for example, extreme weather conditions, delays in customs clearance, or unforeseeable events with the shipping service provider.

Should the delivery of your order be delayed, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible about the current status and the expected delivery date.

Delivery to parcel lockers and depots

Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers, parcel depots, or similar collection points is not currently possible.

Please therefore provide a complete delivery address where your order can be received in person.
