Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These gift voucher terms apply to vouchers purchased for consideration from DokuPit GmbH, Schulstrasse 14a, 3300 Amstetten, Austria, which can be redeemed in the online shop at https://www.schafhocker.com.

2. Purchase and Delivery

Gift vouchers can be purchased in the online shop in the offered denominations. Custom amounts may be requested and purchased upon separate agreement. Following full receipt of payment, an individual voucher code is sent electronically to the email address provided during purchase. No physical shipment is made.

3. Redemption

The voucher can be used for orders in the online shop at https://www.schafhocker.com. The voucher value is applied during checkout by entering the voucher code. The voucher may also be used to cover shipping costs to France and other regions.

4. Remaining Balance

If the voucher is not fully redeemed, the remaining balance stays valid under the same code for future orders. Voucher balances cannot be redeemed for cash, unless mandatory legal requirements dictate otherwise.

5. Validity and Fees

The voucher is valid from the date of issue and has no expiration date. There are no expiration, activity, administrative, or other fees associated with the voucher.

6. Transferability and Handling

Vouchers are transferable. Please treat your voucher code like cash. In the event of loss, theft, unauthorized access, or misuse, no replacement will be provided if the voucher has already been redeemed and DokuPit GmbH is not at fault for the misuse.

7. Restrictions

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. Commercial resale is not permitted without prior consent from DokuPit GmbH.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online voucher purchases. The digital delivery of a code does not exclude this right. The restrictions mentioned in the shop for custom-made products do not apply to the purchase of a gift voucher. 9. Statutory Rights

Mandatory statutory rights of consumers, particularly rights arising from consumer protection regulations in your country of residence, remain unaffected.

11. Currencies

Gift vouchers are issued in Euro. For purchases or redemptions in other currencies, the conversion is based on the Shopify exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the equivalent value in other currencies.
